Job Title Leader Strategic Sales Support (m/f/d) Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Strategic Sales Support plan tailored to key customer segments, ensuring alignment with business goals across international regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to an integrated planning cycle, incorporating stakeholder insights and aligning strategies with long-term business objectives. Lead and continuously optimize strategic sales support initiatives, including VIP visits at customer visit centers. Manage prioritization and budgeting for all Strategic Sales Support activities. Represent the voice of the customer by leading the marketing team, driving local marketing efforts, and executing the marketing plan to ensure strategic alignment and effective implementation. Lead a team of Strategic Sales Support and Sales Response Center employees. Oversee talent management within the team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, career development, and operational leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, in areas such as Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Development. In-depth experience and understanding of the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) and Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) portfolio is essential. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. International experience and intercultural competence are advantageous.
