Job Purpose:
Supports the Global AFR Pricing Process, Quality & PMO Manager in implementing and monitoring global pricing process standards, KPI governance, and compliance controls. Responsible for maintaining data accuracy, tracking performance, and supporting process improvement and audit activities.
Contributes to continuous process optimization and supports special projects led by the VP, Global Head of Pricing through analysis, coordination, and reporting
Principal accountabilities:
* Support Process Governance and Documentation: Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and workflows as defined by the Global Process, Quality & PMO lead. Ensure global visibility and consistency of approved pricing processes across tools and regions.
* KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Collect, validate, and analyze key pricing KPIs and performance data from regional and global teams. Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support KPI governance and management reviews.
* Quality and Compliance Support: Conduct data checks and quality reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and policies. Support audit preparation and documentation of corrective actions or improvement measures.
* Continuous Improvement Activities: Assist in identifying process bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and standardization gaps. Support execution of global and regional continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on implementation.
* Project Coordination: Track progress of process or quality-related projects and maintain project documentation. Coordinate communication, meeting follow-ups, and stakeholder updates for key initiatives.
* Support for Special Projects: Provide analytical, reporting, and coordination support for strategic or ad-hoc projects driven by the VP Global Head of Pricing. Ensure alignment with overall pricing governance, process, and quality objectives.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pricing Production, Systems & Applications, and regional pricing teams to support alignment on process adherence and KPI tracking. Provide analytical and coordination support across global pricing-related initiatives.
* Training and Communication Support: Assist in preparing training materials, process playbooks, and communication updates. Support knowledge sharing and awareness programs related to global pricing process standards and quality expectations
Knowledge and Skills
* Strong analytical and data management skills; proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization.
* Good understanding of process documentation, KPI tracking, and quality control principles.
* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to supporting strategic and operational initiatives.
Stakeholders:
* Pricing Process, Quality & PMO – Primary support for process governance and KPI management.
* Pricing System & Application– Coordinate on data accuracy and tool alignment for KPI reporting
* AFR Controller & Compliance – Support audit preparation and governance adherence.
* VP Global Head of Airfreight – Support on strategic initiatives and special projects
Qualifications and Experience
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
Experience Level: more than 4 years
