9. Analysis and evaluation of various data packages
10. Define and maintain KPIs
11. Identify and derive risks
12. Organize the onboarding of new employees
13. Ensuring a smooth everyday office routine
14. Coordination of appointments, meetings and internal processes
15. Contact person for service providers, partners and employees
16. Management of documents, contracts and important records
17. Organization of business trips and internal events
18. Supporting the group leader with administrative tasks
19. Preparation of minutes and presentations
20. Preparation and compilation of documents
21. Creation and maintenance of the intranet site
Your profile
22. Completed commercial training, completed studies or a comparable qualification
23. Initial professional experience in office management or a similar role
24. Strong organizational skills and a good sense of priorities
25. Independent, structured work style
26. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
27. Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
28. Confluence knowledge is advantageous.
29. Good English skills are desirable.
