As part of the PLM Masterplan project, you’ll work in the Data Integration team, supporting Fit Gap Analysis to transition from local legacy PLM solutions to a global Teamcenter solution. You’ll define requirements for PLM integrations (TC2TC, TC2SAP, TC2XX) and eQube Migration pipelines for PLM360 and Janus systems, collaborating with IT specialists and digital consultants in an agile, remote environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead the integration of Teamcenter with S4E (S4/Hana) for data exchange and migration management using eQube MI middleware
2. Architect the middleware integration and mapping logic, addressing issues and conflicting requirements
3. Consult on architecture topics related to Teamcenter and its integration
4. Align the Teamcenter-ERP integration strategy with digital consultants and Siemens Energy business goals
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored IT solutions that deliver value
What You Bring
7. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
8. Long-term experience with Teamcenter, including at least 2 years supporting customer production environment deployments
9. Hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE, configuration, ITKs, SOAs, and scripting languages; familiarity with the latest Teamcenter versions and AWC configuration
10. Knowledge of end-to-end PLM processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Service) and data flow from PLM (TC) to ERP, including Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
11. Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter with end-to-end implementation experience is mandatory
12. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
