In this role you will drive strategic insights, monitor and optimize performance, and support business development initiatives. This role combines analytical expertise with commercial acumen to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organization. Your Assignments: Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Lead customer segmentation, optimize sales team structures, design territory alignments, and manage incentive schemes to improve targeting, coverage, and performance Market Analytics: Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisions Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs across commercial functions, identify gaps, and recommend improvements Business Development Assessments: Support strategic initiatives through data-driven evaluations of new opportunities, partnerships, and product launches Technology Scouting: Collaborate with IT and innovation teams to assess emerging tools that enhance commercial effectiveness Strategic CRM Insights: Partner with the CRM Administrator to extract actionable insights from CRM data for leadership and field teams Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness or similar roles Advanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM reporting, forecasting, incentive modeling Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, data storytelling, project management, collaboration Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
