Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Sales Contract Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
* Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
* Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
* Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
* Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer,
* Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
* Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment, monitor
* Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers
Your profile:
* Completed studies in law, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management or comparable
* Work experience in purchasing, customer service, contract management, and sales
* Airbus experience is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of project management
* Good knowledge of English-language contracts and in dealing with customers
* Knowledge of data analysis and structuring
* Confident handling of MS-Word, MS-Excel, SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
* Fluent Englisch spoken and written
* Knowledge of German is an advantage
