You will actively be coaching your team towards our business goals, always making sure that we are delivering on or above our targets such as sales, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, digital communication and staff turnover.In collaboration with the team, you ensure that we have a performance and open feedback culture that are in line with our values.Together with the team, you drive a high level of activities such as co-listening, training, workshops and feedback sessions always making sure that all co-workers have a development plan for continued growth within B2C Services and the bank.In this role you will also be responsible for the daily co-operation with our external partners, and co-operation with different stakeholders in projects and initiatives, to support the business goals and development of Ikano Bank. You will report to our B2C Services Manager DE/PL.
