Key Responsibilities
* Advising on a broad range of cross‑practice legal matters
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex domestic and international transactions
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation
* Conducting legal research and preparing high‑quality written analysis
* Managing client communication and contributing to business development initiatives
* Working collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions
Candidate Requirements
* 2 years plus PQ - gained at a leading law firm
* Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
* Fluent German and English
