Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
2. Post jobs and proactively source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
5. Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
7. Provide recruitment reports to hiring managers and headquarter recruitment center;
8. Conduct the related HR projects.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related subjects;
2. Available full time between July 2025 - December 2025 (6 months in total);
3. Enrolled at a German university during the duration of the internship;
4. Good multi-task skills; A proven team member；
5. Proficient in English, Chinese as Mother Tongue；
6. Good knowledge of MS office- especially Excel;
7. High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
8. NOTE EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship or you are studying in Germany)
