You will develop a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to align business activities with the company's objectives. Part of your responsibility is to increase employee engagement and utilize relevant communication channels for employees, customers, and other stakeholders, while also gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Steering the internal and external ESG-communication is a key aspect of your role. You develop and manage internal ESG events/employee engagement initiatives such as our yearly impact week. You manage the process around the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform. You are actively engaged in supporting with the annual ESG report. About you: A bachelor’s degree is a requirement; having an advanced degree is desirable for this role. You have at least 7 years of work experience, concentrating on social concerns within a corporate environment. Any experience in internal and/or external communications would be an advantage. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office software is essential. To excel in this role, you need influential communication skills, both written and verbal. You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups (employees, internal teams, external organizations, and the wider public) is crucial. You possess a keen attention to detail in your everyday tasks, enjoy working with a diverse team of people, and are a self-starter with a strong commitment to social responsibility.
