Maintain salary structures and support organisation design.
Data & Insights
Build dashboards and deliver actionable reward insights.
Support benefits review and programme rollout.
Deliver clear guidance, tools, and training to managers.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Advanced Excel skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Fluent English (C1+).
