Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR IT solutions and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a dynamic HR Solutions Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our global HR IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
HR IT Landscape Architecture & Strategy:
1. Design and implement a global HR IT landscape, leveraging SAP technologies like SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, as well as non-SAP solutions.
2. Ensure our HR IT landscape remains state-of-the-art through ongoing innovation and optimization.
3. Conduct thorough analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic action plans.
4. Provide expert consulting and implementation support for complex cross-tool use cases.
Integration:
5. Develop sophisticated integration concepts and detailed documentation for cross-application interfaces.
6. Oversee and contribute to the realization of interfaces, ensuring seamless integration.
7. Monitor interface performance and operations, addressing any issues promptly.
Stakeholder Management & Networking:
8. Establish and maintain high-level exchanges with regional offices and HR Solutions teams.
9. Cultivate strong professional relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and problem-solving.
Qualifications
10. Academic Degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable qualification
11. Several years of professional experience in comparable role
12. Sound experience in HR IT solutions and processes
13. Experience regarding interface technologies, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori
14. Knowledge regarding data structures in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
16. High level of initiative and the ability to drive projects independently
17. Customer-orientation with ability to understanding and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
18. Business fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
19. Willingness to travel occasionally
