Your tasks
9. Development, analysis and optimization of precision mechanical and optical systems for high-precision measurement tasks in DUV photomask metrology
10. Development and evaluation of error budgets
11. Development of system and assembly concepts
12. Simulation of influences on measurement accuracy and derivation of development priorities
13. Taking on an interdisciplinary role in a matrix organization in an agile environment
14. Close exchange with colleagues from Engineering, Service and Operations as well as support with troubleshooting tasks
Your profile
15. Completed studies in a scientific or technical field with a focus on optics, optical design or systems engineering (doctorate an advantage)
16. Professional experience in the implementation of challenging development projects
17. Passion for precision measurement technology and knowledge of microscopy
18. Experience in automated data analysis with Matlab; basic knowledge in the development and integration of software modules an advantage
19. Independent, innovative and structured way of working, coupled with the ability to prepare, present and document complex issues clearly and concisely
20. Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating in a global team
21. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
