Summary
For the "Ground & Naval Solutions" department, we are looking for a "Project Manager Development (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site, Aalen branch, at the earliest possible date.
Our dedicated team consisting of the product managers of the development (PVE) works on the planning and organization of the development for systems of all land and sea-based products with the teams of the assigned mechatronics and software departments of HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH and to provide first-class products and for our customers. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager (Development) for this team.
Your Tasks
1. Project management as technical sub-project manager in development
2. Coordination of quantity structures and budget monitoring
3. Establishing and maintaining a network of service providers
4. Managing and supervising external development services and organizing corresponding reviews
5. Participation in the preparation of offers
6. Time & cost management
7. Supporting the implementation of internal reviews as part of the development process
8. Coordination of development services with the areas of purchasing / quality / production / documentation and logistics
9. Interface to internal component and software development
Your Profile
10. Completed studies in technology, industrial engineering or similar
11. Several years of experience in project management ideally in an agile environment or of development projects
12. Several years of experience in dealing with national and international subcontractors
13. Several years of experience in dealing with internal customers and cooperation partners
14. Good communication skills and convincing appearance
15. Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivational skills
16. Very good German and business fluent English skills
