Electrical Infrastructure Growth Manager

With its headquarters in Ratingen near Düsseldorf, the German branch has sales offices at additional locations. In addition to developing, marketing, and selling electrical and electronic products as well as their associated software, Mitsubishi Electric also takes over customer service and support for these products.
Our Infrastructure Business Area Project Office division in Ratingen is looking for a skilled Electrical Infrastructure Growth Manager to join our team.
Mitsubishi Electric is one of the world's leading companies in manufacturing, marketing, and selling electronic products, components, and system solutions. Our subsidiary in Germany is responsible for the distribution of our products, including software and service.
* Identification and development of new business opportunities, management of existing accounts, and building up long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector as well as other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
* Promotion and sales of our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Monthly sales reporting to the management and MELCO.
Key Requirements
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
