Your chartered goal

Fleet-wide inspection and analysis of current housekeeping processes with regard to optimized workflows, and compliance with standards and budget requirements; Conceptual preparations for new ships to be put into service; Analysis of existing structures and workflows, and their further development with the aim of achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction; Creating and monitoring of Housekeeping standards, briefing and training documents; Specialized training of crew members on the ships; Performing department-related market analyses and selection of housekeeping products; Your previous ports of call

Completedvocational training with professional and management experience inthe hotel industry, or long-term experience a management position within the Housekeeping Department ; Experience in leading an international crew, ideally oninternational cruise ships; Fluentin English, both written and spoken; Experienceworking with IT systems on various platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint); Solidknowledge of hotel processes, e.g. USPH (US Public Health); Very high willingness to travel and diplomaticcommunication skills; Confident,flexible, service oriented, and responsible;
