Provide end-to-end HR support and partnership across the cluster region.
# Lead HR processes including payroll, compensation, recruitment and training initiatives.
# Ensure legal compliance, internal governance and continuous improvement in HR practices.
As the Human Resources Business Partner – N&S Cluster, your duties and responsibilities will
Develop strong business relationships with managers and colleagues
· Provide advice and guidance on all HR topics aligned with business needs
· Lead onboarding, induction, and exit processes across the cluster
· Manage payroll, compensation processes, and benefit schemes
· Ensure accurate HR documentation and maintenance of employee records and database
· Support and administer recruitment efforts and coordinate with external agencies
· Drive training needs assessments and local training initiatives
· Oversee administrative and compliance tasks including safety, wellbeing, and SOP updates
· Support MIS/HR reporting, internal communication, and engagement activities
· Ensure visa support and onboarding of foreign employees
· Drive process improvements and support culture transformation initiatives
as the Human Resources Business Partner – N&S Cluster :
· Previous HR Generalist experience in a multinational or multicultural environment
· Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
· Track record in driving HR initiatives across multiple countries or regions
· Economy/HR degree or similar qualification
· Fluent in English/German
