<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Investment & Strategic Project Support</p><p>• Support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities across Europe.</p><p>• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and commercial</p><p>due diligence.</p><p>• Ability to develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and investment</p><p>valuation analyses.</p><p>• Prepare investment committee materials, management presentations, and strategic reports.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.</p><p>Joint Venture & Partnership Management</p><p>• Support the development and management of strategic partnerships and joint ventures.</p><p>• Track project milestones, governance requirements, and action items.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of Board, Steering Committee, and shareholder meeting</p><p>materials.</p><p>• Coordinate communication between headquarters, local teams, and external partners.</p><p>Post-Investment Management</p><p>• Support financial and operational reporting processes.</p><p>• Identify risks and improvement opportunities across invested projects.</p><p>• Assist in subsidy applications, compliance reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.</p><p>Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination</p><p>• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving finance, legal, engineering,</p><p>operations, and external advisors.</p><p>• Manage project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.</p><p>• Support interactions with consultants, banks, law firms, and government agencies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Required</p><p>• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,</p><p>Engineering, or related disciplines.</p><p>• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.</p><p>• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.</p><p>• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>German language proficiency (but not required)</li><li>Overseas study and/or working experience.</li><li>Previous experience in:</li><li>Corporate Investment</li><li>M&A</li><li>Strategy Consulting</li><li>Big Four Advisory</li><li>Infrastructure Investment</li><li>Energy Transition</li><li>Automotive or Mobility sectors</li><li>Familiarity with renewable energy, battery technologies, EV infrastructure, V2G, energy storage, or electric mobility ecosystems</li></ul>
