For our cleaning & service division at the Naumburg site, we are looking for a Deputy Manager (m/f/d) in the Medical Devices Reprocessing Unit (AEMP). Our non-profit SRH Klinikum Burgenlandkreis GmbH includes two hospitals with a total of beds, 16 departments, and over 1,000 staff at the Naumburg and Zeitz locations. The Naumburg hospital is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital Jena and the University of Halle, with a capacity of beds. Annually, it treats 16,000 inpatients and 22,000 outpatients.

Responsibilities:
* Be an organizer: Manage operational workflows and ensure the technical functionality of equipment
* Be communicative: Communicate with interfaces and onboard new employees
* Be responsible: Conduct checks considering the established quality standards
* Be a contact person: Support and advise customers, and handle complaints
* Be reliable: Maintain master data in documentation systems and represent the company through a service-oriented overall appearance
Profile:
* Experience: Several years of professional experience in AEMP
* Qualification: Fachkunde 2 or at least Fachkunde 1 with willingness to further qualify to Fachkunde 2
* Language: At least good German skills in spoken and written form
* Technical understanding: Confident handling of MS Office products
* Flexibility: Willingness for shift and weekend work
* Reliability: Responsibility, team spirit, engagement, and diligence
