If that gets you excited, let’s talk.About the Role (What You’ll Be Doing)Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and scale our business in Germany. You’ll be the founding GM, inheriting a high eight-figure ARR business that’s grown ~7× year-to-date. We’ve built Germany’s leading digital obesity clinic with a lean team (<10 FTEs), and you’ll grow this into a $250M ARR business within two years.Germany operates with full autonomy: P&L, strategy, OKRs, hiring, product, and GTM all sit with you. You believe healthcare should be better and are driven to make that reality.Reporting to: Ryan Nolan (Head of International Expansion, London)Key ResponsibilitiesFull P&L Ownership: Own all key German metrics, from top-of-funnel through to free cash flow.Leadership: Guide functional leads across growth, operations (clinical and supply), commercial, product, and talent—ensuring clarity, resources, and energy to deliver at pace.Talent Management: Final say on hiring and performance in Germany. You’ll raise the talent bar as we scale.Strategic Decision-Making: Provide ELT with data and insights to support capital allocation within the broader Eucalyptus portfolio.Patient Experience: Oversee the quality and safety of every patient interaction—ensuring Juniper delivers meaningful outcomes.Clinical Operations: Ensure safe, reliable access to prescriptions. We conduct thousands of monthly audits and continuously improve protocols.Supply Chain: Own the accuracy and timeliness of prescription sourcing, dispensing, and delivery. Set strategy and support execution.About You (Who We’re Looking For)Skills & Experience10+ years’ experience across a high-growth scale-up (preferably D2C) and top-tier consulting or investment banking (MBB or bulge bracket). Bonus if you’re an ex-founder.Fluent in English and German.Team builder: Proven ability to scale high-performing, cross-functional teams (e.g., 50 to 200+), including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.Problem-solving & detail-oriented: You break down complex goals into actionable plans, design and scale processes, and ensure high accuracy in execution.Numerical fluency: Strong understanding of financial and operational data. You’ve owned a P&L and built systems to drive accountability across functions.Clear communicator: You convey complex ideas simply and effectively to varied audiences using the right medium.Industry knowledge (bonus): Familiarity with German healthcare regulations, EU pharmacy networks, local legal/data compliance, and clinical governance is a plus.Execution-driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments, exercise good judgment, and aren’t afraid to lead hands-on when needed.Owner mindset: You’re impact-driven, solution-oriented, and focused on enabling your team and patients to succeed.
