Job Summary:
The Client Partner is responsible for building strong commercial and long-term relationships using Onshore-offshore-delivery based development, support and implementation with key account clients and prospects within the CPG and Manufacturing Services Industry. This includes building key and target relationships, expanding our footprint within CPG/Manufacturing clients and maximizing revenue opportunities to an annual sales target.
Salary: Euros 100K/Annum Gross + Bonus
Working Mode: Hybrid/Remote
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Sales & Business Development process / pipeline for ITC Infotech to ensure we achieve our sales targets
* Working with other Senior Managers / Directors / Partners to market, sell and deliver offshore-delivery based solutions and engagements.
* Working with the offshore team for Bids and RFP.
* Accountable to the Partner responsible for the Manufacturing vertical in the D-A-CH region
* Building deep and long-lasting client relationships to enhance the reputation of ITC Infotech as a trusted advisor and generate ongoing revenues
* Maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and other critical people across the group and focus efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for ITC Infotech
* Ensure that ITC Infotech is on relevant tender lists and preferred supplier lists
* Contribution to the development of though leadership and marketing collateral
* Active contribution to developing and delivering the Manufacturing sales plan.
Skills required:
* 8 or more years’ experience of Enterprise Software or Application Managed Services sales within the CPG/MFG/Retail industry with primary focus in working with mid-tier Manufacturing and CPG clients.
* Proven business development capabilities with a strong track-record of converted opportunities in Germany
* Proven experience of working in an onsite/offshore model and selling and representing teams delivering in the onsite/offshore model effectively
* Proven experience of selling Managed Services and Fixed Price project based out of offshore.
* Proven experience within consulting and ideally also within CPG/Manufacturing organisations with an excellent working knowledge in the same domain.
* A clear track record and evidenced ability to network and rapidly engage with their existing networks
* Proven track record in generating new business, developing new key accounts and delivering profitable industry / customer sector growth or delivering successful programs within Germany
* Good understanding of proposition development and high impact client presentations
* Exceptional customer awareness, long term relationship building and relationship building skills including account planning, account marketing and brand building
* Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. Fluency in German preferred.
