Our client is an international banking branch based in Luxembourg, reporting to senior management in London and operating in a highly multicultural environment (Europe, United States, South America).
As part of its development, the organization is seeking a Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch on a temporary basis (1 year, with a possibility of permanent contract and the end).
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as parcel deliveries (regular mail, DHL, registered mail, acknowledgment of receipt, etc.)
Ensuring that regular office maintenance is properly carried out (cleaning, office supplies, and any items required for the day-to-day running of the office)
Anticipating office needs and ensuring the availability of necessary resources to support daily operations
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards related to office management
Proven experience as a Senior PA / Executive Assistant / Office Manager, ideally within an international or banking environment
Fluent English (mandatory – working language)
Fluent French (required for local supplier interactions)
