About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Working Student to support the Processes, Methods and Tools department in supporting transformation across supply chain functions. This role is ideal for students with a background in supply chain management, data analytics, or business analytics who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, high-impact setting. You will contribute to supporting digital transformation projects and building performance tracking tools to support decision-making across multiple regions. You’ll work closely on projects that involve Power BI, SAP (S/4HANA), and process improvement initiatives.
Working Student – Supply Chain Performance
Your responsibilities
1. Assist in designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for supply chain KPIs
2. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Microsoft Planner and Excel
3. Help prepare meeting minutes and project updates
4. Support workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications
5. Assist in performance benchmarking across regional affiliates
6. Set up automation workflows using tools like Power Automate
7. Track adoption and success of Dashboards deployment
8. Collect and synthesize feedback from users to recommend improvements
Your profile
Educational Background:
9. Enrolled in a Master's program in: Supply Chain Management. Industrial Engineering Data Science / Business Analytics Business Administration (with analytics focus)
Required Skills & Competencies:
10. Prior internship/work ex (to be reviewed by Kap) in supply chain or data analytics.
11. Basic understanding of SCM concepts (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, S&OP, inventory management)
12. Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
13. Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions) and data analysis techniques
14. Exposure to SAP is a strong plus
15. Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and visualize complex data
16. Excellent communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have:
17. Knowledge of DAX, SQL, or Power Automate
18. Experience in KPI modelling or performance frameworks
