We’re building rugged, high-performance off-road robotic vehicles and we’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who wants to turn vehicles into real-world systems that deliver critical capabilities to soldiers in the field.
In this hands-on role, you’ll take ideas from concept to deployment, integrating complex payloads, and ensuring our systems perform under the toughest conditions. This isn’t just CAD work. 5+ years building real mechanical systems (robotics, automotive, machinery, or similar)
~ Strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor preferred), but you know CAD is just a tool
~ You understand fabrication in the real world (CNC, sheet metal, welding, etc.)
~ Hands-on, pragmatic, and biased toward action
~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes messy startup environment
~ Fluent in English (German is a plus)
~ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Work side-by-side with electrical and software engineers to make full systems function reliably
