Job Description:
As a Data Center Solutions Expert, you will be the key to unlocking our customers' technical potential. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating the value of our data center services to prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and consultation to potential clients.
2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers, communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
4. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new business acquisition.
6. Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.
7. Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
Requirements:
* Experience:
o An Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
o A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.
o Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
o Experience with hardware from major vendors.
* Relevant Skills:
o Strong knowledge of data center best practices.
o Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware and networking equipment.
o Familiarity with network topologies and protocols.
o Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
o Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
