We are building a Customer Support Team in Türkiye to enhance our customer service capabilities. This team will play a critical role in monitoring IT servers, handling e-document issues, and providing exceptional customer support. Expectations and Tasks
* e-Document Expertise: Leverage your experience in electronic documents (e-invoice, e-delivery, e-ledger) to address and resolve related issues
* Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring all their queries and concerns are promptly addressed
* Problem Analysis and Resolution: Conduct detailed error analyses to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
* Continuous Monitoring: Keep a close eye on IT server performance to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with SAP or EDI in the support area is highly advantageous
* Proven track record in IT server monitoring
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform
* Good communication skills in English
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Suitable for shift work plan also on weekends
* Successfully completed vocational training (IT specialist, IT system administrator, comparable commercial training) and/or completed studies (business informatics, computer science or comparable) or professional experience in this field
* You work reliably, independently, and focused
* You are interested in modern technologies and innovation topics
