Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships to ensure timely and accurate quote-to-cash processes.
* Monitor customer development, including turnover, pricing, consumption, and contract fulfillment.
* Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with sales forecasts and customer-initiated priorities.
* Promote efficient quote-to-cash process execution.
* Maintain customer and material master data in an ERP system aligned with company standards.
Your Profile:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* Speak fluently English and at least one additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, or French).
* Have first-hand experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational industrial environment.
* Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric skills.
* Possess analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
