1. Define, propose, and align the Own Brands assortment for domestic appliances and audio produtcs with country category teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary, ensuring local market relevance
2. Present new products, promotions, and assortment changes to country teams, and oversee their implementation in local assortments
3. Monitor article sales performance and price positioning, taking corrective actions to optimize results
4. Provide and update assortment information for demand planning; regularly review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories and countries
5. Analyze market trends, assess market dynamics using key performance indicators, and evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
6. Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps to expand Own Brands' market share, collaborating closely with country teams and Imtron Product Management
7. Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models for assigned categories
8. Organize, coordinate, and follow up on category and country workshops in close collaboration with Imtron Product Management and local teams; represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings and events
9. Support the setup and rollout of international, category-focused projects within assigned countries
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across countries
11. Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
12. Few years of professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within the retail or consumer electronics sector; experience with private labels is a plus
13. Experience in White Goods (small and/or major domestic appliances) or Audio Products industry
14. Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
15. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels
16. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
17. Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a hands-on approach
18. International work experience is an advantage
