Responsibilities
* Work directly with a serial-entrepreneur founding team and own how Moonscale builds pipeline from zero to scale
* Drive outbound prospecting end-to-end, building lead lists and running multi-channel sequences that put Moonscale in front of the GTM leaders shaping the next era of revenue
* Turn our ICP into repeatable motions that consistently generate qualified meetings and predictable pipeline
* Own inbound lead qualification, making sure every high-intent prospect gets a world-class first touch
* Run demand generation experiments across outbound, content-led, and signal-based plays, using modern AI sales tools to scale what works
* Help shape Moonscale's GTM strategy and RevOps foundation, building the systems that let us scale revenue without scaling headcount
* Be the proactive force in the room, taking full ownership of the workflows that turn traffic into revenue
Qualifications
* You have 1–3 years of full-time professional experience in a B2B SaaS or software environment
* You hold a completed university degree (Bachelor's or higher)
* You're a native German speaker with business-fluent English
* You're based in or around Munich and ready to work closely with the team on the ground
* You have a demonstrated outbound track record across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling), with metrics like consistent meeting quotas, pipeline contribution, or booked meetings to back it up
* You're hands-on with the modern outbound stack, from sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Instantly) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io) to CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
* You bring strong proactivity and a bias for action, and you thrive in the ambiguity of a 0→1 environment
* Bonus points if you've worked in an early-stage startup (ideally as one of the first GTM hires), have experience with modern AI sales tools (Clay, 11x, Regie.ai, Smartlead) or demand gen plays, and share our interest in AI, SaaS, and where modern GTM is heading
