Your Tasks
* Support the management team and take over responsibility for the project organization of medium and large-scale strategy and transformation projects
* Manage cross-functional projects with footprint in e.g. business development, logistics, sustainability as well as develop projects with clear objectives, timelines, and cost considerations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals
* Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery
* Identify key potentials and risks in projects, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
* Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively, facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction
* Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure the project quality in the company
Your Profile
* A professional, ideally with international experience in managing complex projects in an international environment; preferably with additional experience beyond project management
* Excellent master’s degree in business administration, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience - ideally in consulting and international business environment with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one further language of an MMS Sales country like Spanish or Italian
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead in a complex and fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel internationally

The Operational Excellence department, as part of Customer Care, is responsible for international coordination with our countries, market and end customers. Its main task is to ensure the continuous supply of goods. Operational Excellence supports all stakeholders in an advisory capacity and ensures their satisfaction with our own brands by continuously optimizing processes along the value chain.
