Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Product management for S-VorsorgePlus
* Coordination of plan volumes with clients
* Budget management, including accounting controls and minimum payment calculations
* Kosten- und Ertragsverantwortung (cost and revenue responsibility)
* Disciplinary management of employees
* Leading selection interviews
* Making decisions on behalf of the management board
* Serving as an expert contact for internal and external audits
* Ensuring compliance with IDW standards and internal control systems
The ideal candidate should have:
* A banking education or comparable qualification
* Experience in employee leadership
* Knowledge of the S-VorsorgePlus/Riester product
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and structurally
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
