Aufgabe Lead and manage change initiatives related to the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in different regions, focus on achieving organizational goals and minimizing disruption lead. Collaborate with Global Change Management Lead and regional teams to integrate change management into project plans. Coordinate with other change managers to align strategies as well as share and implement best practices. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Develop and deliver training materials about SAP SuccessFactors to prepare employees for changes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements. Manage risks, resolve issues related to change initiatives, and maintain good relationships with external vendors. Qualifikation Degree in business administration, psychology, or related fields. 7 years of experience in global change management projects, preferably in IT/software implementation. Proven experience in leading change initiatives in a regional or global context. Experience in an international environment dealing with cultural differences. Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively. Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, navigating complex matrix organizations, and stakeholder management. Certified in change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) and willingness to travel national/internationally (15-20%) Fluent in English; German or Mandarin is a plus.
