Senior Brand Manager - Consumer Brands Europe (d/f/m)
Responsibilities
* Lead European brand strategy and steer brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy
* Develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience
* Manage and coordinates brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.
* Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel
* Analyze brand health indicators
* Organize market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure
* Support marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points
* Develop systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey Generating long-term innovation ideas and developing them with technical functions
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in FMCG (Marketing & Sales positions)
* Product development experience preferred
* Driven by results & curious by nature, always testing, learning & optimizing what works best
* Team player at heart
* Fluent English skills (required), German is a plus
