ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a (Junior) Project & Data Analyst – LSCM (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, supporting data-driven process optimization and project coordination in the field of logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Project Management Support
* Assist in the coordination of supply chain projects across the region.
* Help prepare business cases and project documentation.
* Support project planning, schedules & resource allocation
Follow up the execution of the project over time : timeline tracking, follow-up on action items, follow up on cost. Monitor and share in a formal, structured way project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and maintain project records.
* Deliver projects as per plan for scope, time and budget
Operational Support & Process Optimization
* Support daily logistics and inventory activities by building, maintaining, and proactively developing simple reports and dashboards. Help ensure the right data is available to support decision-making and improve visibility on key operations.
* Work closely with team members to improve how data is shared and reported, making sure tools stay useful and aligned with what the business needs.
* Look into supply chain data to spot patterns, issues, or areas where things can be done better, helping the team improve performance.
* Help roll out Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities with external partners by tracking progress, following up on actions, and keeping everyone informed. Support updates, involve the right people, and help keep things moving in the right direction.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education, Master's Degree, Certifications:
* University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
Professional Experience:
* You have one to two years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained through internships or early career positions
Technical/Functional Skills:
* You are proficient in Power BI and Excel
* You have experience in visualizing complex datasets and working with large volumes of data
* You possess a solid understanding of supply chain processes and basic project management principles
Language Skills:
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

* You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and pay close attention to detail
* With your proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you contribute actively to the team
* You are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and enjoy working in an international environment
