For our department Revenue Management Luxair Tours within LuxairTours, we are looking for a (an):
Revenue Management Analyst / LuxairTours (m/f/x)
Main duties:
* Perform continuous analysis of defined KPI’s, to evaluate performance in the context of the market/competitive situation; identify opportunities and detect solutions for hotel and flight capacity irregularities according to LuxairTours global strategy.
* Initiate, validate and adapt actions to maximize overall profitability for a given hotel/flight capacity, taking into account optimal use of the capacity guaranteed by the hotel; ensure that the pricing strategy is in line with each market and product on dedicated routes, and a correct distribution on all channels.
* Optimize flight capacity to maximize profitability for the LuxairGroup.
* Work closely and support other team members to ensure business continuity in case of need.
* Maintain close collaboration and regular exchanges with Key Internal Stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product Management, Marketing, etc.).
* Participate in the definition of LuxairTours flight plan per season and on pricing definition process based on historical information, market feedback and flight capacity.
* Take part in internal projects both at Business Unit and at company level.
* Participate to the annual budget establishment with the Vice President Steering and Pricing and Deputy Revenue Manager LuxairTours
Required profile:
Minimal requirements:
* Be holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any related subject or have experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years.
* Demonstrate strong synthesis and analytical thinking skills and be confident working with reports and projections.
* Be proactive and able to take calculated risk.
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Solid understanding of market demand and competition behaviors.
* Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Show proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
Additional requirements:
* Refer to the training table.
* Ability to establish persistent Revenue Management strategies taking into account various influencing factors.
* Be proactive, creative and able to take responsibility.
* Be able to follow and apply procedures and methodologies used in the department.
* Demonstrate user skills in the tools used in the department.
Ideal candidate:
* Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as a plus.
