Your Responsibilities
* Handle monthly finance routines (bookings, reconciliations, reporting) with clear but planable deadlines
* Prepare analyses and follow up on discrepancies – you like to get to the bottom of things
* Act as interface between our German and Swiss tax advisors: coordinate, communicate, structure
* Support in annual accounts, tax returns and audits
* Drive efficiency: streamline processes, push automation, create structure
Your profile
* Completed education in accounting/finance or university degree in finance/accounting
* At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting
* Strong attention to detail and interest in uncovering inconsistencies
* Structured, efficient, and independent way of working
* Very good German and good English skills
* Bonus: experience with tools such as DATEV, Bexio, Qonto or Personio
