In this role, you will:
1. Contribute to the creation of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving awareness and engagement.
2. Assist in the creative direction of brand and product marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with overall strategy.
3. Help develop and refine design systems that ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
4. Translate business and user insights into visually appealing and effective creative assets.
5. Maintain design standards to ensure brand expressions align with our identity and marketing goals.
6. Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product design teams to create cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
7. Optimize creative workflows and design processes to improve efficiency and quality of execution.
8. Work on multiple projects, balancing deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and apply new design techniques and ideas to campaigns.
10. Use tools like Figma to create design solutions that support efficient collaboration across teams.
11. Serve as a mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
You need to be successful:
Background:
* 2 - 4 years of brand design experience (agency/client side).
* Extensive experience working on global consumer brands.
* Best-in-class conceptual and design craft skills.
Skills:
* Proven ability to create functional and impactful designs across multiple platforms.
* Conceptual thinking ability with a desire to drive meaningful design innovation.
* Proficient in Figma, including utilizing it for automation and production at scale, with a strong focus on efficiency and design precision.
* Experience working with global brands and collaborative international creative teams on integrated campaigns.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for asset management.
* Previous exposure to an advertising agency environment is a plus, and experience with lifestyle brands would be advantageous.
* A team player who can work independently, delivering quality work efficiently even under tight deadlines.
* Fluent in English and comfortable communicating in a fast-paced environment.
