The Head of New Business is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, leading pitches, building relationships with clients and partners, and representing Orange in the industry. The Head of New Business also manages and mentors a team, tracks market trends, and analyzes business opportunities to contribute to the company's overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and Implementing Strategy:
Create and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
* Identifying and Pursuing Opportunities:
Actively seek out new business leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
* Leading Pitches and Proposals:
Play a key role in developing and presenting proposals and pitches to potential clients.
* Building Relationships:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Representing the Company:
Act as a brand ambassador, representing Orange at industry events and in relevant forums.
* Team Leadership and Management:
Oversee a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
* Monitoring Market Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
* Analyzing Business Opportunities:
Evaluate potential new markets, products, and services to identify opportunities for growth.
* Financial Management:
Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting related to new business initiatives.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and success.

* Strong Commercial Acumen:
Deep understanding of business principles, sales, and revenue generation.
* Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
* Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
* Leadership and Management:
Experience in leading and motivating teams.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and relationship building.
* Networking and Relationship Building:
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and solve complex business challenges.
* Adaptability and Flexibility:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Relevant Industry Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the creative, marketing, or technology sectors.
