Your mission & challenges In this role, you will lead the "Neuraverse" cloud ecosystem by orchestrating a complex synergy between our internal engineering teams and external partners. You aren't just managing a cloud migration, you are directing the backbone of a global robotic nervous system, ensuring our hardware and AI interact flawlessly with the world's most advanced cloud and chipset infrastructures. Strategic Partner Management: Act as the primary technical and strategic lead for external partnerships, ensuring roadmaps are synchronized and NEURA’s requirements are prioritized. Internal & External Bridge: Translate high-level architectural needs between internal Robotics/AI teams and external partner engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and edge computing capabilities. End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of cloud-based robotics projects, ensuring that partner-provided technologies (chipsets, cloud instances, AI tools) are successfully implemented into our product line. Scalability & Architecture: Direct the scaling of our cloud infrastructure to optimize robot performance and data security. Contractual & Technical Alignment: Manage project-specific KPIs, SLAs, and technical milestones with external vendors to ensure delivery remains on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain of cloud services or hardware-software dependencies, developing contingency plans to keep internal development moving at "NEURA speed." What we can look forward to Experience: 10 years of project/program management experience, specifically in environments where external vendor management of hyperscalers (AWS/Azure) or semiconductor leaders (Qualcomm/NVIDIA) was a primary focus. Partner Savvy: Proven ability to navigate the ecosystems of large-scale tech partners, understanding how to leverage their support structures to benefit internal development. Leadership: A "Human" leader who can influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and manage high-pressure negotiations with external stakeholders. Methodology: Mastery of Agile and Hybrid project management; experience with Jira/Confluence as the "source of truth" for complex, multi-party integrations. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a strong plus. Language: Fluency in English is a must; German is a strong advantage for local coordination at our Metzingen HQ.
