Your tasks
10. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for the independent processing of discrepancies (deviations, OOX (= Out of Expectation/Specification), events) across the company in the role of Lead Investigator.
11. You will participate in cross-company and cross-divisional compliance projects and take the lead.
12. You will independently manage various GMP issues (cross-company in the Focused Factory), e.g. prepare risk analyses, plan and conduct cross-company GMP training courses.
13. You will independently present deviations and OOX in the context of customer meetings, audits and inspections in English.
Your profile
14. Completed Master's degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, biochemistry or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in biotechnical production
15. Good knowledge and understanding of GMP
16. Good presentation and moderation skills as well as assertiveness for goal-oriented conclusions of quality events
17. Very good language skills in German and English for successful communication with international partners and authorities (e.g. technical language, concise formulation)
18. Personally, you are characterized by your strong communication skills, your planning and organizational skills as well as your independent and responsible way of working, which is characterized by a high level of initiative, systematic approach and team spirit
