* HRIS Expert / Manager - SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)
Your future tasks
* Leading the digital HR transformation and redesigning the HR system and process landscape
* Strategic setup and continuous development of the HR IT architecture with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
* Analysis, harmonization and digitalization of HR payroll processes including system integration (initial project)
* Process optimization in the HR area by means of lean management, automation and integration of AI solutions
* Implementation and further development of digital HR tools (e.g. digital personnel file, e-ticketing, AI applications)
* Project management for HR IT initiatives (e.g. system migrations, rollouts) including test and quality management
* Effective stakeholder and interface management with internal departments and external partners
* Documentation of processes and system modifications as well as support with audits
What we want from you
* Completed university degree (e.g. (business) computer science, IT management, data science or comparable)
* Extensive experience in IT HR project management, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
* Expertise in supporting organizational development and transformation processes
* In-depth knowledge of system integration, data management and process analysis
* Operational implementation strength and ability to drive topics forward independently
* Initial management experience or strong leadership ambitions with the potential to build your own team
* Strong interface skills in relation to HR requirements and technical solutions
* Analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working
* Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset with hands-on mentality
* Strong communication and persuasion skills and the ability to actively manage change and act as a diplomatic sparring partner (m/f/d) for all stakeholders
* Business fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
