1. Ensuring the financial targets are met (procurement, menu planning, budget management, closing accounts and monthly accounting).
2. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and adhering to HACCP regulations.
3. Planning and executing customer events.
You possess excellent culinary skills, both modern and traditional, and ideally have experience in catering services. We carefully introduce you to all concepts before opening your restaurant.
