For our client, an internationally operating high-tech company in the semiconductor industry, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) for Germany - remote work when not at customer´s site.
Your Responsibilities
* Implement project plans for system installations or service requirements
* Solve problems efficiently in real-time under demanding conditions
* Suggest enhancements and modifications to existing OEM designs
* Work closely with fellow service engineers to support customer needs
* Oversee daily operations of assigned projects, managing competing priorities
* Provide progress reports on service projects, including updates, deliverables, and risks
Your Profile
* Completed technical or engineering education, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with steppers or scanners
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* German is an advantage, but not a must
* Experience in Optics is a big plus
* Willingness to travel up to 75%, including international trips (but mostly in Germany)
