Senior Partnerships Manager
to join their team in Germany.

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partner relationships that enhance market reach, drive co-selling opportunities, and support the company's overall growth objectives. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and engage potential partners aligned with business goals and go-to-market plans.
* Support the integration and onboarding of new partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
* Develop joint initiatives such as marketing campaigns, lead-generation efforts, and solution positioning.
* Serve as a relationship lead, fostering long-term partnerships based on mutual value and trust.
* Track and improve partner performance through regular reviews and performance metrics.
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align partner activities with company strategy.
* Help identify new opportunities for strategic growth, such as co-branded services or innovative service models.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in partnership management, business development, or similar roles within the technology, SaaS, or sustainability-driven sectors.
* Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to build scalable, win-win relationships.
* Experience in co-developing go-to-market strategies and delivering measurable business results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
* Business-level fluency in
German and English
is essential; additional languages are a plus.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and problem-solving skills.
