1. Manage and further develop key eCommerce and quick commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Jumia, Namshi, Niceone, Careem, Trendyol, Deliveroo and online shops of major regional offline chains).
2. Develop, steer, and implement customized growth strategies for each account in collaboration with our local partners.
3. Plan, execute, and monitor assortment initiatives and marketing activities in close collaboration with our local partners and internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain).
4. Analyze market and competitor data to derive actions for sales and margin optimization.
5. Support annual negotiations, including terms & conditions, and budgets with key eCommerce accounts.
6. Take ownership of sales, revenue, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
7. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, and Demand Planning.

8. University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification.
9. Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and E-Commerce, ideally in the Beauty, FMCG, or Fashion sector.
10. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proven experience in managing KPIs and performance marketing metrics.
11. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
12. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experienced with tools such as Tableau, BI-Tool or Amazon Vendor Central.
13. Fluent in English (spoken and written), Arabic is a Plus.
