Job Description As a Consultant Business Applications in the Copperleaf Product Support team, you’ll pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis, dissecting complex Excel models, analyzing application logs and large datasets, writing SQL and applying Oracle DB concepts, to help our customers create strategic Asset Investment Plans that unlock value, cut carbon, and build resilient infrastructure in a socially equitable manner. We welcome applications from candidates based in Germany or the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our German- and English-speaking customers. Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases. Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and how they map to your customers’ business processes and strategy. For your assigned customer catalog, manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery. Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades, handling all coordination and rollout tasks. Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.
