Responsibilities
* Financial Control & Business Partnership: Fully responsible for financial control and Finance Business Partner (FBP) functions for overseas business segments, deeply involved in business decision‑making, providing professional financial insights and decision support to Commercial, Supply Chain, and corporate functional departments.
* Business‑Finance Collaboration: Serve as the critical bridge between finance and business, maintaining close interaction with overseas business teams and Group Finance functions (e.g., Tax, Treasury, Reporting) to ensure alignment between financial strategies and business development.
* Comprehensive Budgeting & Forecasting Management: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts (including revenue, profit, and cash flow) for overseas business, monitor execution variances, conduct in‑depth driver analysis, and propose optimization recommendations.
* Profitability & Business Analysis: Establish and enhance multi‑dimensional profitability analysis models (by product, customer, project, etc.), regularly deliver analytical reports to drive profitability improvement and resource allocation optimisation.
* Pricing, Contract & Investment Evaluation: Lead pricing model review and optimisation, provide financial assessment and risk alerts for major contract negotiations, new project investments, and business models.
* Internal Control & Compliance Management: Ensure overseas financial activities comply with corporate internal controls, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements, identify and manage financial risks, and optimise end‑to‑end business processes.
* Team & System Development: Potentially lead local finance teams, and collaborate with IT to optimise financial systems (e.g., SAP) and BI dashboards, enhancing data automation and decision support efficiency.
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
Qualifications
* Experience: 10+ years in financial control, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance, with at least 3 years focused on overseas business support or management roles. Background in automotive, high‑end manufacturing, technology hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain industries preferred; MNC experience preferred.
* Senior Capabilities: Deep understanding of overseas business operations logic, with excellent business insight, strategic planning, and complex problem‑solving capabilities. Proven track record in comprehensive budget management, profitability model building, and business process optimisation.
Additional Skills
1. Language & Communication: English as working language, multicultural background, fluent spoken English, capable of independently and professionally communicating, negotiating, and presenting with overseas business teams, management, and external partners.
2. Systems & Tools: Proficient in SAP (FICO/CO‑PA/SD/MM modules), advanced Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI/Tableau or other data visualisation tools preferred.
3. Soft Skills: Exceptional cross‑cultural collaboration, leadership, resilience, and high sense of responsibility; able to adapt to diverse, fast‑paced international work environments.
