We are looking for a highly experienced caregiver who specializes in providing care to people with dementia.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in caregiving and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality care to residents with varying levels of dependency
* Developing and implementing individualized care plans
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
* At least 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
* First aid and CPR certification
