Intern (m/f/d) HR & Recruitment
Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as Intern (f/m/d) HR & Recruitment. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.
Your Tasks
1. Support the business area HR including recruiting, employee support, personnel marketing and personnel development
2. Create job posts in coordination with the engineering
3. Screening of received applications for open vacancies and first contact calls
4. Sourcing of appropriate applicants via online job portals like Xing and LinkedIn
5. Participate in active sourcing activities supporting the Recruiter
6. Support in the onboarding process of new employees
7. Update presentations and handbooks
8. Schedule meetings and support in office tasks (travel costs, IT equipment)
Your Qualifications
9. Bachelor or master study in Business Engineer, Business Administrator or related discipline
10. Work experience in the business area HR or Recruitment/Talent Acquisition desirable
11. Experienced in using MS-Office applications
12. Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
13. Self-independent and a structured way of working
14. Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork
