IT Business Analyst - HiredScore Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong HRIS Business Analyst & Test Lead to support the integration of HiredScore (AI-based recruitment solution) into Workday. This role requires proven experience in HRIS implementations, especially in Workday, and a strong command over the software testing lifecycle, including user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and defect tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic liaison between HR stakeholders and IT teams to define, validate, and document HRIS implementation requirements.
* Translate HR business needs into functional and technical specifications compatible with the Workday ecosystem.
* Lead and manage end-to-end UAT, including test scenario creation, test data setup, execution, and defect lifecycle management using Jira.
* Ensure full test coverage for critical HR modules, with clear traceability and business sign-off.
* Drive coordination with third-party vendors (Workday, HiredScore) for timely delivery, integration testing, and deployment validation.
* Contribute to post-implementation review and issue triage.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in HRIS Business Analysis, with hands-on involvement in Workday implementations or integrations.
* Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle and experience leading UAT and functional testing in HR tech environments.
* Proficiency in Jira for managing test execution, bug reporting, and defect lifecycle.
* Solid understanding of HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Candidate Screening, and recruitment workflows.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and issue resolution.
